Based in the heart of Soho, this fast-paced, boutique financial services PR agency is part of a larger group of creative agencies, all situated in the same light-filled, buzzy office environment.

They are currently looking for a talented and experienced Account Director who has a passion for corporate communications and working with financial institutions such as private equity firms, banking organisations, asset managers and property investment corporations. Reporting into a Managing Partner, the role will be working at the highest level client side, providing strategic and trusted counsel and well as collaborating with colleagues in research and analytics.

The agency has a family feel, spending x2 days a week in the office and good levels of flexibility. They are also passionate about training their employees and will invest in certified courses to bring you up to speed. The nature of the agency is quite top heavy due to the subject matter and sensitivity of the clients so there is no line management responsibilities although there is the opportunity to appoint paid interns interested in the financial services sector several times a year.

Person Criteria:

• At least six years corporate PR experience
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills
• Experience of dealing with senior clients from CEOs to Partners as well as VC’s and other investment vehicles
• Passion for financial services
• Experience of contributing to new business.
