Client Service / Account Handling Account Director – £50-60k
Ready to join an end-to-end Creative and Media agency, with over 50 years of combined award-winning experience? This independent agency has been going four years and is looking at where 2025 is taking them and has a number of positions its looking to fill in Q1 – this is one of them!
Based in the Client Services team, I am looking for an experienced account handler from an integrated, ATL, digital or perhaps even PR background to join the team. Reporting into a BD you’ll be tasked with leading projects on a day-to-day basis ensuring campaigns are carried out on time and at the high level of quality expected by the client. You will work across all channels (with a real passion for digital and social inputting your creative and strategic knowledge for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- working alongside creatives, strategists and producers in the delivery of all aspects of client campaigns.
- Running the administrative functions of the team – status reports, contact reports, financials
- Liaising with clients and other members of the internal team from different disciplines ensuring that all elements are delivered to an exceptional standard while maintain profit margins.
- Writing briefs, briefing/reviewing creative and gaining client sign off
- Supporting with all new business efforts
Experience and skills required:
- Excellent client management skills to guide a client through a project, anticipate their needs.
- Ability to lead and manage clients expectations through the difficult aspects of a digital, social or invocation project
- A proven track record of managing a client and growing an account over a number of years
- Experience in running campaigns across all digital and social channels and a strong understanding of best practice
- Ability to prioritise issues, escalate as appropriate whilst understanding the bigger picture of workflows within the department.
The agency is currently in the office 4 days a week but this is being reviewed early in the New Year and will probably reduce to 3 days required. There is a great set of benefits, lovely culture and a bonus on offer.
