As such they work with a host of big names across individual talent, rights holders and brands. The Role:

In this new role you will work with the Co-Founders to set the strategic direction of the agency and take ownership of designing and implementing measures to achieve those defined goals.

With overall responsibility across the Communications, Content and Commercial departments, the Agency Director will be tasked with driving cross-team collaboration and instilling best-in-class internal and client facing practices.

The continued growth of the agency’s brand clients, with a focus on Communications and Content, will be a key objective alongside the development of a complementary Influencer Marketing offering.

You will be expected to work closely with the Co-Founders to support new business efforts as well as playing a key leadership role in the management, mentoring and upskilling of the wider team.

You Experience:

• Extensive agency experience working with talent and rights holders
• Specific experience of leading sport campaigns and partnerships for major B2C and B2B brands
• Extensive network and demonstrable track record of business development and strategic growth
• In-depth knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape with demonstrative track record of success
• Proven strategic and creative capabilities with excellent writing skills to support the development of plans, proposals and toolkits
