This can be a temp to perm, fixed contract or a permanent role as the agency is being open minded such is the urgency to secure a brilliant person. However, this is not a day to day freelance contract.
They offer you the chance to work across big brand, big budget clients, developing exciting campaigns that win awards. The clients fall into all sorts of consumer sectors from food to beauty, alcohol to sport, financial services to tech, retail to lifestyle.
The role reports into the department head and is supported by SAMs, AMs, SAEs and AEs so there is plenty of resource. The team is experiencing growth as is the entire agency, winning great brands due to the exceptional work they have produced over the past years.
Skill set wise, they are looking for:
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute innovative social media campaigns
- Proficiency in social media analytics and data interpretation
- Exceptional client management and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and allocate resources effectively
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with a creative approach to social media challenges
You will have around six years plus experience in social media, particularly from an earned standpoint and ideally you will have worked agency-side for some if not all of your career to date.
