Fantastic, independent, creative and media agency with over 100 years’ of combined award-winning experience is looking for a switched-on, trend-savvy Social expert with 2/3 years agency experience to join their Media department.

Already working with some of the best brands in the world across alcohol, sport and tech in 20+ markets, they have enjoyed steady growth in the last 24 months and continue to thrive.

Based in the heart of London’s West End, with funky offices which also services as a client workshop and NPD space, the team is sociable, talented and creative. This role reports into the Head of Social & Influencer Marketing and works closely with Client Services. There is plenty of room for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

The Social Media Manager will spend time working with industry-leading talent across these core disciplines:

  1. Social ideation
  2. Social media content creation (capture and editing)
  3. Social media management and community mgt
  4. Influencer marketing

Social Content Creation

We are looking for a candidate that is confident with content creation, showcasing creative flare with iPhone shooting and editing skills.

Key Skills

  • End to End Content creation
  • Content calendar planning
  • Client presentation skills

Social Media Management

You’ll manage social channels for key clients across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube etc. You’ll be able to demonstrate strong project management skills, capable of prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a dynamic environment.

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of Social Media best practice across key platforms and experience working with scheduling platforms and analytics tools
  • Highly organised with the ability to lead and delivery projects in a timely manner
  • Reporting and evaluation

Influencer Marketing

Supported by Head of Social & Influencer Marketing, you will take the lead on sourcing influencers for campaigns, building direct relationships with the influencers and learning to negotiate deliverables and fees.

Personal Requirements:

The ideal candidate needs to have a passion for social media, an eye for trending content and be up to date on the latest influencers

You will have have previous experience managing social media or influencer marketing campaigns for brands with a proven track record of delivering results. If this sounds like you, read on…

  • Minimum 3 years working in Social Media or Influencer Marketing AGENCY SIDE
  • Proven capabilities in social content concepting & creation, with proficiency in graphic design, editing and social caption copywriting.
  • Proven ability to boost social performance with experience developing and implementing results-driven social and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Confident in finding talented social creators, briefing and reviewing creative
  • Possess well developed analytical ability to extract insight from data and apply this to Social Content strategy or adapt existing strategy
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and web analytics tools platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social or Hootsuite
  • Editing, skills in motion graphics and the ability to Adobe applications, specifically Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop would be a plus.
  • A bonus would be experience on set, shooting video and stills content with a good working knowledge of photography, video and lighting.
