BRAND NEW ROLE! An amazing opportunity to join a well known, mega award winning agency to help them continue their international growth! I’m looking for a talent specialist with around 2 to 3 years experience, ideally within a PR agency environment or a recruiter in the space looking to move in house.

You’ll have some experience of recruiting in international markets in Europe and the Middle East since this will form the bulk of your role. However, you will also get the chance to take the lead of some of the HR admin and support on a diverse range of HR projects all planned for 2025!

The agency has creative, busy and friendly culture. It’s a super buzzy place to work and would sort an extrovert character comfortable collaborating with senior agency leads and the HR lead. You’ll be working on your own with some external recruitment support but largely filling these roles yourself taking charge of the end to end process including any necessary Visa paperwork.

This role has plenty of professional development opportunities in terms of HR and advancement opportunities within the team. The team is fairly small, so you have lots of chances to shine and while they are small it is a supportive environment.
